its is really simple, in order to upload a file all u need to do is go to this address:
file upload
( you might want to add this to your favorites for faster link) and follow the direction there, once your file is uploaded there will be a box with 3 options above it, IT IS VITAL that you will choose the forum option and then just copy&paste the link you will have in the box into the forum topic you have started.

In order to download all you need to do is to press the link you will see in the topic and on the page that will open follow the directions there in order to download those files.

i think it would be helpful if we put in the topicname also the date when we got it. sometimes its easier to find stuff u r missing.

It is very annoying and TOTAL POINTLESS!!!!!!!!!

You have to click the link and then a million links to download the picture and then open it.
Its fine for files but upload your pictures to a site like http://imageshack.us/

Then in your post click the picture icon and paste the link that ImageShack gave you!

Then in stead of a link like this:

http://img468.imageshack.us/img468/7500/medical07junevd6.gif

You get this:



The only difference is that around the link you have img and /img in square brackets.
